Sarah Lyons
Co-founder, Executive Coach

Sarah is a qualified lawyer and executive coach. Having spent time working at Judge Business School in Cambridge, Sarah saw the transformative effect coaching can have on individuals and the impact it can have during transitions (such as becoming a parent). Sarah is an experienced designer and facilitator and has worked with several professional service firms designing and delivering a variety of training and coaching programmes.

Hannah Bradshaw
Co-founder, Executive Coach

Hannah is a qualified lawyer and executive coach. Her experience of becoming a parent whilst in private practice at a US law firm opened her eyes to the reality of juggling motherhood and a legal career. Years of coaching and delivering programmes proved to Hannah that lawyers need a bespoke approach when it comes to the parental journey. Hannah has coached hundreds of women globally and has drawn on this experience to co-design the BlueSky programme.

Charlotte Andrews
Associate Coach

Charlotte is a qualified lawyer and executive coach who empowers women navigating parenthood and returning to work.  With 10 years of legal experience, she understands the unique challenges women face. Her transformative coaching programs, inspired by her own experience, blend legal acumen with compassion and warmth. Clients praise her supportive, insightful style that facilitates personal and professional growth.

Emily Hirsekorn
PCC, ELI-MP, COR.E Leadership Dynamics Specialist, JD

Emily is a career leadership coach for lawyers with a background in private legal practice, anti-bias education, law career advising, and professional development. She has supported thousands of lawyers and law students over the past decade through individual coaching, group programming, and corporate retreats. As a mother of two young children who cares deeply about her career, well-being, and community, Emily understands the competing needs of work and home on a personal level.

Associate Coach

Ryan is a qualified lawyer and coach with over a decade of experience at a leading international law firm. He specialises in helping clients gain self-awareness, clarity, and confidence to achieve their goals without sacrificing well-being. As a father, he also understands the unique challenges faced by dads and offers tailored support for their personal journeys.

Emma Menzies
Fertility at Work Coach and Consultant

Emma is a Fertility at Work Coach and Consultant. She specialises in helping individuals and organisations manage the impact of fertility challenges on their work lives. After 13+ years as an employment lawyer, Emma transitioned to coaching after successfully managing the impact fertility challenges were having on her own career. She now provides coaching, presentations, and policy/culture change guidance to support others facing similar issues.

Aimee Cawthray
Head of Operations

Aimee has over 15 years of experience working in PA and EA roles at a senior level, working with MDs, CEOs and Business Owners & Founders. More recently, over the last 7 years, Aimee has been working virtually supporting businesses of all different shapes and sizes; from start-ups, to family businesses, to sole traders and large international firms. Aimee is mum to two boys and enjoys the work/life balance she has created over the years working virtually and from home.
